PROSPECTS FOR INSTITUTIONAL REGULATION OF FUEL AND ENERGY COMPLEX ENTERPRISES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. This publication highlights the prospects for institutional regulation of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex in the Russian Federation. The object of the study is the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex in the Russian Federation, and the subject is the prospects for their institutional regulation. The theoretical significance of the study is concluded in the development of the institutional theory of macrosystem regulation. The practical significance of the study is manifested in identifying and ranking the prospects for institutional regulation of industrial enterprises in the energy sector in the Russian Federation. Significant emphasis in the study is given to scenario planning of the institutional energy environment. The practical results obtained personally by the author can be applied to solve a wide range of problems, including: economics, industrial management, institutional theory and others.
