Abstract. The use of a nutrient medium (CHA) with different acidity for growing Stagonosporopsis chrysanthemi only influenced the growth rate of the colony, the acidic medium pH 4.6 inhibited growth, while in the case of a neutral reaction, the rotational speed was higher. At the same time, the acidity of the medium did not affect the cultural characteristics of the isolates.
