DISTANCE LEARNING IN SECONDARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract. The article examines the disciplinary nature of the modern education system, mainly based on the symbolic representation of knowledge. The specificity of secondary vocational education is noted, which consists in its practical orientation, inherited from the institute of apprenticeship (old vocational school). It is pointed out that this property of secondary vocational education is an obstacle to the use of exclusively distance learning in it.
